How About Free Health Insurance For All US Citizens!

This would be a super charged year to think of one stone doing two things at the same time.

Health Insurance in every state at different times accordingly regardless what Govt is attempting to initialize for US Citizens Insurance. Here in Alabama State Employees, force of 37,500, have increases & for some they're being asked to pay their insurance themselves instead of it being Payroll deductible, Single State Workers rate: $15/MO, if Govt asks more than that per US Citizen something is indeed wrong with Congress, Workers with families must pay $10 more 10-01 totalling $25/MO. More increases 01-01-10 to ER visits & Co-Pays for visits to Doctor offices. NO National assessment of the situation in every state by 10-01-09 we may not have a good policy coming from big-Govt because of the lack of coordination between all states, some have no state insurer plan whatsoever and would enjoy participating in a Govt run option - never support a public or private option as they have been & that's in states where insurers have their Corp Offices.

Pharmacist try to make it cheaper for everyone not because of Medicare or Medicaid or other Insurance CO, but they require verification & that has to endorse SSA# requiring individuals to have a record on file there also. Talking about advertising Spam, the Govt Plan would make a multi-phase access for Doctors which would require these things to be updated often & this will increase visits to Doctors & Clinics for testing, and coordination with FDA to insure performance of drugs that have been administered.

$15 does not sound like much does it? Well if we knew how many married have to pay $25 per month we would know a lot more on how much the take-in per month then figure the entire year for Single Workers and Married (Family) Workers as one balance. Seemed to be something they did not want us to know and maybe its that they would almost equal so double $6,750,000 per year would be the Grand Total for both. Now add in the cost per ER visit and Co-Pay and that would be something they really should have been paying all the time excepting they were paying for mailers and advertising spam each month for 37,500 State Employees. Some bargain if you ask me, scrap is what I call it, lots missing they do not cover like that ambulance fee of $800 per 25 miles. To know if you lived 50 miles from Birmingham and needed a ambulance you have to pay two times $800 or $1,600 per trip to and from is two trips for a examination if your bed ridden each time that is required. Also if all States had this type State Employee Coverage already then part of the issue would be resolved, just need to add US Citizens into it and since were talking about possible un-employeed persons it don't figure to ask these amounts per month so I figure nothing above $6.00 per month would suffice but then who's asking for anything if this could be obtained for free for everyone that wanted to participate but they could not collect if they have another policy and that would be the only catch to having Free Coverage. Our Government cannot do this and I should say The Foundation will do this but I need your opinion about doing this. Building the Trust should be the easier part to doing this so how many folks want to go this route, can you help with a Donation?

$562,500 per month
$6,750,000 per year
In Alabama State Employees Insurance Costs Doubled (Single+Married) per year = $13,500,000

What is it in your State anyways for State Employee Insurance for Single and for Married (Family), that is what we all need to know right now?

I think also that Uncle Sam would rather a sub contractor handle this Health Care Insurance Proposition instead of Taxpayers, it sure would stop the Advertising Spam Lies that will be generated over the course of history and eliminate the probable causes for extortion of medical practices using the gimic that pays off taxes for doctors and hospitals that have less serviceable patients than other hospitals. Maybe Obama could accept that at least the Health Care Plan did get accomplished during his term as President but he has to accept "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)".

Twas Days Before Christmas

  • Mood:
  • Music:
Twas Days Before Christmas and there is not a
"The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)"
to be found.

Not under a Christmas Tree,
Not in the House,
Not in the Senate,
Not from Political Issues,
Not from Congress 109 nor Congress 110 and
Not in any State.

There has been no contributions and no donations have been received either online or in the U.S. Mail. Nada is for support to startup
the Foundation.
Membership at The Picken's Plan continues and some have seen and read the Project Introduction.
For the future we are still blessed that our government has intentions through the elected leadership of Barack Obama a Senator from
Illinois whom has several concerns for all government vehicles to be Hybrid's in his term as President.
This does not mean that the private sector will receive any support nor support for this Foundation or its right to manage Consumer
matters in any state. We will have to establish a new objective to boast the spirit of American's whom cannot or will not or could not
purchase new vehicles and have a vehicles they want converted by the Foundation with exceptions to Natural Gas (CNG) types
conversions as supporting businesses can accomplish that for Consumer's as their customers. There is to many factors which a
(CNG) or even a (LPG) vehicle must obtain support through all developmental options and this also means that a Hybrid requires a
new engine which can support either (CNG) or (LPG) as a secondary fuel including both gasoline and diesel engines.
The future obligations for "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)" are numerous

Find my website HERE discussing aspects of the "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)".

I am Impressed at the Opportunity Available to Consumer's
We need to start a AutoGen with 25 companies contributing $20 million each providing $500 million total so that the new Coal To
Liquefaction Technologies (CTL) can create CTL Plants in America therefore cheaper gasoline prices and to support construction
objectives to bring the automakers online in a new business objective. Partially this is what FutureGen could have accomplished
for CTL Plant building in America but President Bush blocked it. Peabody decided it could not undertake the FutureGen objective
by itself so it was terminated. It is sad President Bush ended the business initiative to have a FutureGen, now we need a AutoGen.
If automakers could develop BuckyBall manufacturing techniques autos steel could be replaced providing lighter weight vehicles
and having a material that recycles more efficiently. Only one plant is planned. A small nuclear reactor can power a large com-
munity, that is sufficient for the startup electric furnaces without maxing out their capability, cost is a mere million each. For auto-
makers to make the investment it brings about their benefits very fast but their products need to be inline with Americans
capabilities to pay and their transport needs that meet expectations of 300 miles per charge so there needs to be some
decreases in their product costs. Adding a Fuel-Cell System can then support LPG and CNG conversion to electricity thus
extending the range of total electric vehicles. For truck manufacturing I would suggest automakers design a three cylinder engine
capable of burning Gasoline/Ethanol or Diesel/Biofuel coupled with a power generator to power electric hub motors and decrease
the need of many batteries thus Hybrid is that option for new trucks. There are 14 Coal-to-Liquids Plants Under Consideration
in the United States. Adding to this BioFuels America becomes very sound in energy. There is only one planned CTL Plant. I'd
have to say Barack Obama knew about CTL Plants as did most of Congress. President-elect Barack Obama has "a new energy
economy" fobia. Obama vowed to increase taxes on everyone making under $250,000 a year. The recession prevents Obama
from squeezing buying power out of the economy, on a direct mode he must stimulate spending by consumers on American
Goods and Services not foreign. We cannot continue supporting a company which depends on Chinese steel such as
Ford Motor Company. Its not ethical to give Ford Motor Company money to get them started in the right direction when they
need steel, purchasing four small nuclear reactors at a million each is the answer to get the electric steel furnaces operational.
It is illegal to establish methods to automatically Bankrupt a business or industry so Obama has little hope in scaling up his
vicious verbal attack against the Coal Industry. What a Racketeering Crime, keep your eye on this throughout the term of the
elected President.

Next Congress (110th)
Unknown right now, make some interesting suggestions along the lines of a solution coming from a Coalition of Coal
businesses. Since Coal businesses know how they can endorse matters better its the future they will concern them-
selves about so to add (CTL) and Automakers necessities and necessities of cities that desire a Electric Monorail
System. It may occur in some states that waterways become a life thread to industry and state management of
products produced in the states. With this in mind they can direct proper initiatives to the right people concerned
about their states energy situation and solutions.

News Making Interest Grow
QuantumSphere, a Santa Ana, CA has developed a 5-watt Methanol Fuel Cell and has been awarded $120,000 to
study the synthesis and electrochemistry of bifunctional anodes, high temperature electrolyte membranes and
low-cost cathode catalysts. PhaseII of the project, a two-year $750,000 effort to develop a 200-watt methanol
reforming fuel cell in a smaller, lighter form to power portable electronic devices in the Army's Future Force
Warrior Program. The Army's flagship science and technology program, Future Force Warrior, aims at integrating
best-in-class technologies to enhance the combat effectiveness of the soldier and small combat unit.

QuantumSphere, is looking towards the future to endorse general public methanol fuel cell technology to benefit
the private sector. New Glycerine to Methanol technique, catalytic hydrogenolysis of glycerine, is a direct
production using a precious metal catalyst in industrially mild conditions of just 100°C temperature and a 20 bar
pressure of hydrogen gas. Patented by Oxford University, Isis Innovation, the University's technology transfer
company.

China is endorsing two new economic stimulus packages, one is bundled in a ADDED VALUE TAX on all
products of entreprises in China and that means steel VAT, and everything made of steel VAT, export VAT
as well so we are going to see a surge in Chinese markets because of Middlemen seeking to go up in ranks
and because they want to invest before VAT takes effect passing the burdens on startup for another
replacement sales opportunist to deal with Americans. Ford Motor Company has for a long while purchased
from Canadian automakers vehicles labeled as Assembled in Canada, that is partial truth, the other partial
truth is that the steel cams from China. Now with VAT to figure think what other hardships automakers will
have with loans to pay those extra cost factors it means more interest to American Banks so the Bailout
Money should really not be considered. Working with American Businesses the automakers need to
endorse long term purchase agreements so that stocks will replace the amount owed to them should the
products made not sell and then they are guaranteed profits as sales occur with a insurance clause which
can be a forgiven investment policy because it supports US Savings Bonds investments for retired and
layed off workers.

Japan has developed a cheaper Natural Gas catalyst to make plastic & alternative fuels more cheaply.
It uses a smaller amount of nickel or platinum than what is used currently, or less costly palladium.
First stage processing via catalyst turns Natural Gas to Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen to make
Methanol and Alternative Auto fuels. These are known as Gas-To-Liquid, GTL Technologies.
Manufacturing desires Gas as opposed to oil and its less greenhouse gas emissions. Japan's New
Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) helped in developing the new
technology.

Greenpeace is now urging South Africa to end dependence on coal.

In Johannesburg South Africa a lobby group is now open to address climate change, deforestation & overfishing in Africa,
soon another office in the Democratic Republic of Congo will open and another in Senegal next year. The U.N. stated 250
million Africans by 2020 will be living in areas where there is no water.

Ethanol, Coal, CTL, China, VAT

Folks, there is only one thing that will help save America Automakers businesses and that is
American Businesses. I cannot stress that enough all because of how I see what automakers
need to survive and it has to come from American Business not foreign businesses.

America needs a new steel industry and only 25 companies coming together in a AutoGen
can accomplish that, try not to allow any President to stop a AutoGen like President Bush
stopped the FutureGen. Think about at least $20 million investment to make it possible to startup
and then the automakers should start receiving the first results. It must include CTL Technologies
which convert Coal To Liquid plus Natural Gas and ultimately Electric Smelting Furnaces. Need
I say more?
11/13/2008 4:55:30 AM

It will really depends on how dispersed the Automakers have made their financial situation, $25B
was asked to help them and they need less that that by restructing the financial situatiuon, if it
goes into foreign repayment or is not, if it is about retirement payments which would have to start
a new policy maybe to suspend stock brokerages of automakers for five years and start funneling
stock dividends slowly each month while using some for investment, if there are medical
insurances that could be adjusted, if there are land properties that could be liquidated of
otherwise sold or leased, if there is to many insurers to pay off each year those would have to be
divisional per the total to end result in ten years, what they would formally have to establish is a
new working company and many employees would have to take a pay cut, cut down of elaborate
advertising and loans esp. build into the US Department of Education Grants for employees so
their College and University expenses will be cut by 40% because their education may take five
to ten years to complete which means Colleges and Universities will have to take a big slash in
their budgets and hiring may be affected and layoffs expected. Those things a a few more would
diminish the time and amount by at least $15B over five to ten years. Also include states that
need to build a Electric Monorail System and maybe the plan can work, this is a long-term
positive solution. Keep your eye on DOE's solution, 'Advanced Technology Vehicles
Manufacturing Loan Program' (News). When it appearsin the Federal Register it will be official.
DOE will also accept comments on the rule for 30 days after its publication. The loan program
was authorized by section 136 of the 'Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007', which
President Bush signed into law in December 2007. To qualify for the loan, the vehicles being
manufactured must meet tough emissions standards while achieving a 25% greater fuel
economy than similar vehicles sold in Model Year 2005.Congress appropriated $7.5 Billion in
late September to cover the subsidy cost of the loans, and the actual amount of loans available
will depend on the financial circumstances of the borrowers and the specifics of their proposed
projects. Each manufacturer must be financially viable to receive a loan. And although DOE
intends to expedite the Loans, the agency must comply with all statutory requirements,
including the National Environmental Policy Act. DOE expects to issue the loans in several
rounds, with a new round every three months. Applications for the first round of funding are
due on December 31. Recommends by DOE are extremely high for older vehicles
consumer's own to consider complying to since they are to become total electric I see hardly
any comparison possible to DOE recommends.

Nothing out of sink with proposing more Ethanol Plants, Brazil however is going well beyond
expectations, their use projected by 2012 is 8 Billion Gallons per year while their set
incentives will be 28 Billion Gallons per year so their exports of Ethanol will increase
significantly. Maybe Brazil has a better growth ability than most states in the US have and
maybe our efforts should be to import ethanol we could mix with gasoline for our use with
some reserves we produce and that would keep a balance efficient to the other energy
forms. Coal Liquefaction Technologies (CTL) means Methanol, Ethanol, Gasoline Jet Fuel,
Diesel Fuel, and by-products. It means that for power small nuclear plants can bring the
electricity to electric smelter furnaces without having to spend money on transporting
energy over and over by railroad. It means new steel plants to counter the Chinese plan to
raise prices using VAT (Value Added Tax) as a means for their government earnings to
increase on the steel, and all products esp. those of steel. China makes every effort
possible to clean their atmosphere of pollution clearing the way for (CTL) in a plant
building move that surpasses all nations. This will give relief to Sinopec Group, parent of
China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec), the major Natural Gas producer that could
well gross 3-4 billion cubic meters in future years. Besides this Chinese spirited solar
energy industry that is the worlds leader shall increase their production to offset diesel
fuel and petrol use according to Dou Jinming, Development and Reform Commission
deputy director of Kunming, China. A lot of talk has started about "quality fade" in
Chinese products resultant of increased production. For a small company to expand to
a major company is another entire separate issue it does cause "quality fade". This is
the deliberate and secret habit of widening profit margins through a reduction in the
quality of materials. Silk, aluminum, and missing parts replaced by other materials are
dangers for buyers. China is expanding their economies in manufacturing into India and
Brazil. Quality Control Fade will be a large contributing factor for American buyers to
watch out for besides increased prices and VAT to all exported products suggesting
American buyers to buy American made products instead to help in American
economics instead of strengthening Chinese economics. Ford Motor Company needs
a new steel plant in America to stop importing China's steel which will soon have VAT
additions, this calls for new electric smelter furnaces powered by small nuclear
reactors to bring down the overhead and lengthen our valued resources of coal and
other fuels normally seen for fire based furnaces.

Donate To The Free Electric Vehicle Conversion Foundation

  • Mood: Sincere and Happy

If your unhappy with American Politics, and really disgusted with the ever increasing price of petrol for your home and vehicle then join the rest of the people at large whom have the exact same feelings drawn against the petrol industry in America that is engaging with foreign producers and bringing about this unfair action as they make billions more each time they change the criteria. You need to consider how much you want this and for how long your want this so donate here, http://jonalist.bravehost.com/donate.html and save your efforts denouncing their position for their actions being against your principals or financial ability, just go that step further and think about the future.

With Ethanol to replace gasoline I wonder what else this is saying, many tanker trucks will have lost access to the highways in America following inspections to carry alcohol instead of gasoline. its not like they were carrying a few barrels of oil each day somewhere as that commodity is mainly needed by a few households that are sticking to their old heating and cooling systems when they should change them to Natural Gas or Electric. Even so Sugar Cane can be made into Ethanol our best bet for the future is creating more electric objectives and doing it in mass production rather than a few hundred to a thousand per month, it's what consumers need so it must be provided and that is how I see the ordeal however technical or frustrating it can become there is a viable reason why we need a Foundation and we can create it immediately without a political opposition dressed as a political party with their own needs while consumers are left in the dark on owning and operating their own Electric Vehicle so let's do this for all consumer's government can just wait on a list we will assign since they have such get up and go for fossil fuel development and increasing the resources here in the US.

I had a feeling that if American Politics cannot run a workforce everyday of the year that some are stuck on observing a Federal Holiday then this is why we need a Foundation, furthermore we need a Foundation to provide us with a means to give contributions and make donations. Contributing can be items such as: land, cars, trucks, vans, buses, motorcycles, household items, railroad trains, railroad tracks, homes, hotels, motels, airports, factories, manufacturing facilities, and old closed military bases and there are many more possibilities. After a time in designing the needs for the consumers it will be determined how these things are used and applied while some can be used for emergency situations so actually the Foundation is management of contributions rather not a reseller of items as many may think so to achieve funding. I have small investments not amounting to much right now in the Foundation and I plan more as I progress and will be considering management of a website and seeking partners whom can offer their assistance and guidance. Theres not much new with me other than I await conversion of my own auto from gasoline to electric.

Decide today and join a nationwide campaign to get fairness from what government is telling us that we need to conserve and be ready for that future not so far away. Let's convert automobiles from gasoline to electric beginning right now, theres a long way to go to convenience all consumer's to do this and all we need do is get started and they will endorse our challenge.
